Standard Delivery

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 11:00 Eastern Time will arrive within 3 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 11:00 Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 4 business days. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days.

Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Perfumes and colognes may not be available for Express Shipping.

Next Business Day Delivery

Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 11:00 am ET eastern time will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

U.S. Territories

tip-topliving.com ships to the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply.

International Customers

We do not ship or bill orders internationally.

Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call (727) 510-1535 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

Methods of Payment

We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.
tip-top living accepts the following credit cards:

  • MasterCard
    If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

    Tax policy

    Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order). Some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order.
    Tax, if applicable, is also applied to the shipping and handling charges associated to the taxable items in your order. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped. Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.     Please note: Prices shown are in U.S. dollars only. Currently, we do not ship or bill orders internationally, including Canada.

    Returns/Exchanges

    These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.
    Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail or to any US location within 45 days of original purchase date.
    To return by mail, simply box up the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and follow the mailing instructions below.
    Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
    To return any Online purchase by mail:
  • Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the return form enclosed with your purchase. Note the reason why.
  • Your credit card will be credited if returning. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by filling in the reverse side of the return form.
  • Circle the name and address where we should send the exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form.
  • Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form.

    We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

    Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange when returned within 45 days of the invoice date.
